metonic.ep : 96.15 samples, remixes, and combines pieces I wrote between 1996, when I started composing music, and 1999. Most of the EP is based on pieces made in tracker software (FastTracker 2, ModPlug Tracker, Jeskola Buzz), but I also sampled earlier MIDI pieces. Although I used only the elements that still interest (and do not much embarrass) me, ranging from full tracks to samples a few seconds long, I created these new pieces by drawing upon techniques and styles that inspired me in the late 1990s.
